March 8th, 2022 is International Women’s Day and what better day to host a Roundtable Panel Discussion with some of the most influential women in the Cape Fear Region. We will speak on topics about building a diverse and inclusive work force, new women owned businesses in the Cape Fear Region, and much more. After the panel we will open the space for members of our community to come in and network.

Ladies of the Cape Fear Chapter have volunteered to speak at New Hanover Highschool and at Cape Fear Community College. They will meet the students and encourage them to seek opportunities in the construction industry.
